Launch advanced workflow

How can I launch an advanced workflow automatically when I add document to a space?

My requirement is,

End user adds document(s) to a space.
Those documents should be reviewd by reviewer.
Reviewer accepts and sened document to final reviewer.
Final reviewer accepts/rejects the documents and send an email notification to all concerned parties.

You may have a script that will start your workflow and you should then apply the rule to the space that will execute your script. The condition to execute a script should be set to "Inbound" (when some content "arrives" into the space).
