Permissions within web projects

I recall seeing in one of the Labs releases that you could assign permissions within a web project sandbox, but in the latest enterprise release this doesn't appear to be possible. Is this something that I'm dreaming existed, and if not, is it planned for an enterprise release?

Hi Marcus,
I asked exaclty the same question about a month ago.  It was not implemented for enterprise.  Its def not available for config through wcm but I think it may have been implemented in the wcm folder but not made available through the front end.
