JVM Tuning - Alfresco 4.2 with Solr

I need to do an architecture report about the requirements of performance in the machines for an Alfresco implantation. I have seen in the wiki the page http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Repository_Hardware, but It talks about old versions.
Somebody knows where can I find this document for version 4 of Alfresco?.
