Is it possible to hide content or space??

we have two spaces SPACE1 & SPACE2  and
we have two groups GROUP1 & GROUP2 so…
is it possible GROUP1 can see only SPACE1 but SPACE2 will be hidden from it?

Yes of course.   If group1 does not have read permission on space 2 then they won't be able to see it.

Open the space, then go to "More actions -> Manage Space Users", uncheck " Inherit Parent Space Permissions" , this way only the admin and the creator can see it, if you want to give someone read right on it , click on "invite" and select the user and give him "Consumer" Role.
