We are using alfresco community edition 3.3. We have a requirement to create a alfresco site and invite other users to this site,
but mail notification should not be sent.Is there any way to invite users from alfresco share site without sending email.

No.   Invitations are done via email.      How else would you want your new users to be notified?

However you could add your users to a group and add the group to the site.

Thank you for quick reply.I have tried inviting user groups and this is working fine.

In my scenario, a site admin creates a site and invite one user to this site. When these users login into alfresco share he is able see the newly added site in 'my sites' dashlet.

This is similar to the invite users wizard we have in alfresco explorer "Manage Space Users" link. Here the space owner can ivite other users to his space assigning a desired role. But the mail notification is optional.

Yes the email could be optional for the case where you are inviting someone who already has an alfresco account.    I can understand that, however it is not yet implemented.

You could raise an enhancement request and/or contribute some code to do it.
