How to set up a deployment receiver?

I'm running Alfresco 3.2 community with WCM, but I can't figure out what to do to get a preview of my dynamic web project. FSR and standalone deployment engine aren't useful for my concern. What are the steps to get a deployment receiver for a web project? Do I need a second alfresco installation or extra software, or is it just configuration of my existing one?

The mentioned Test Server Deployment in the wiki page would fit. I did the configuration as described for avm target in
http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/WCM_Deployment_Features#Live.2FTest_Server_Deployment but still I receive an error when I try to deploy my sandbox:
