Installing 2.9.0B what next?

So I downloaded and "installed"  this file     AlfrescoCommunity-2.9.0B-Linux-x86-Install
http://downloads.sourceforge.net/alfresco/AlfrescoCommunity-2.9.0B-Linux-x86-Install?modtime=1197383...

What do I do now?
Maybe there is instruction set somewhere that I am missing.
