Hello all
We prepared the following test:
1. We took Alfresco 2.9B and installed it both on windows and linux without any special configurations.
2. Through the webclient we took /Company Home/Data Dictionary/Scripts space and copied it to the clipboard.
3. We pasted it to /Company Home. It took 1 second.
4. Then we went back to /Company Home/Data Dictionary/Scripts and added Versionable aspect to each of the 6 files.
5. We made a copy and then pasted it into /Company Home. It took 5 seconds.
Our questions are:
1. Why does alfresco create files with Versionable aspect so slowly?
2. Does anybody have an Alfresco production environment with many versioned files?
How does Alfresco performs in such a case?
3. Is there any solution to this problem?
