Install Error

Just download Enterprise 2.1 and try to install it on Windows 2003  and got the error message as:

What's wrong with it?

After removing chekbox of download JDK and OpenOffice, I can finish the installation.

But When I start the Alfresco server, I got huge error messages.

COnfig:
OS: windows 2003
Database: MS SQL Server 2005

After installation, there is a simple config options.
What's the steps to make it run properly and can use http://localhost:8080/alfresco to verify it working well?
