¿Podrías ponernos aquí el contenido de tu alfresco.log con el error? Así podremos ver mejor donde está el problema
El alfresco.log en la 3.4 creo recordar que por defecto está dentro de $alf_home/tomcat/bin aunque también puedes mirar en $alf_home/tomcat/logs. Digamos que ese archivo es el encargado de registrar toda actividad en tu alfresco y proporciona más detalles técnicos de los errores.

Necesitamos saber más datos, como por ejemplo qué base de datos usas, Sistema operativo, máquina, versión de alfresco etc… Es de vital importancia para conocer tu entorno. Además si nos pegas tu alfresco-global.properties mejor que mejor

Bueno el sistema operativo es window 7 sabes tengo instalado el wampserver2 el cual viene apache, mysql y php.ademas en la instalcion me dice que el puerto 3306 no esta disponible o no tengo permiso porque me dice eso?.
