Increase Java heap space for Tomcat

Hi, while installing alfresco in eclipse i need Increase Java heap space for Tomcat, for this i dont find Window > Preferences > Tomcat > JVM Settings i my eclipse envirment
what i do?

Next to the run button you have an arrow.
Clic that arrow and debug configuration.
Find your configuration.
The second tab is "arguments"
