Hello,

Workdesk 4.2.0 is designed to work with Alfresco 4.2.x. You may get it to work with Alfresco 5.x if you install Workdesk manually or manipulate the installer to not check the version (there is an XML file somewhere that lists the installation steps), but this constellation may very well not be supported. I don't know of any plans to update Workdesk for Alfresco 5.x yet, so it may be a while until you can get a compatible version. I'd advise you to use the latest Alfresco Community release from 4.2 if you really want / have to use Workdesk.

Regards
Axel

Hello,

I have installed the Crafter Cms version 2-4-0 including Afresco v4.2.0, so according to this answer, the workdesk 4.2.0 should work as well but I still have the message about the compatibility issue.

Is something specific for this configuration ?

Regards,
Christophe Vincent
