implementing Review and Approval with multiple users

hi, all
i have one problem in  workflow application, actually initiator create the task it move to review(multiple persons).here i am using activiti:candidateGroup="reviewer" in task definition, but if any one reviewer claim the task it assignee to him and task will not appear in group so anther  person can't claim task because task assignee to particular person.

i want assignee review task to multiple persion, i saw in documentation multi-instance activity process but i con't understand internally what happens.

can any one tell me best process for applying review and approval process………………….using activiti…….

The user guide already explains the multi instance user task in good details and multi instance is also described in the Activiti in Action book. Let me know if you have a specific question.
