How to get person in group

Hi All;
i defind a sample workflow to take a task to a group ,so when  i run the workflow ,all of the people who is in the group can get task.but in fact ,i just went one or two people wich is in the group can get task .
1. how can i get the person in group?
2. i hope if one people click approve or reject ,the workflow will go to next tesk ,and other people will lost the task.

anyone solve this problem, kindly share your experience with me, thanks in advance.

Hi,
     use the parllal work flow for this requirement.if someone reviewed the task then the corresponding task will remove form the task list of the the same group users.
