How do I get alfresco enterprise ear file 4.2.3.1 in support portal. What are needed requirements. And what kind of account is valid for the portal linked https://myalfresco.force.com/support. If it is needed to purchased, How do I purchase it. I created account in the main page of alfresco with Developer Portal and doesn't work either ways. As and when you become a customer with alfresco they will introduce you to alfresco support. It is they who will give you access to the support tools and the support handbook.
I would suggest not using that version as it was superseded by hotfix version 4.2.2.3 which address security issues found in 4.2.3.1 soon after its release.
