in taskA, people add some information, then start taskB handling those information, after taskB, taskC collect and summary those information, simple isn't it?
But as long as taskC is not approve/pass, people in taskA can still add more information, and each time more information is added, taskB shall be actived to handle those information.
And if taskC passes, all workflow active before shall go to the end.
