How to create relationship or reference?

Newbie to Alfresco running 3.3 Community Edition.

It seems like there should be a lot of ways to relate content whith other content as mentioned in http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Alfresco_Community_Edition_3.2r_RM_Feature_List#References.

The problem is that I simple don't find this functionality in Alfresco Share. I've seen a menu called "Manage references" in the forums but I can't find it in my installation.

No. Seems like a very basic functionality.

Nope, I was looking for something more advanced. I just realized that I'm looking in the wrong module. It seems like what I'm looking for is in the Records Mgmt module. I'm working on that installation now. Thanks for feedback!

Please let me know should you find something better. I'm new to this and I'd like something more advanced too. (I don't want to turn all documents into records though, so it kinda excludes RM I think.)
