Anticipated changes to visibility of MNT tickets

As shared previously, Hyland is updating the current Atlassian instance with anticipated changes now scheduled to take place in mid-March. Please note this updated timing.

Once updates are implemented, the Alfresco Maintenance (MNT) Jira project will no longer be publicly visible. We will continue to include MNT numbers and descriptions in the product release notes, but we will no longer link to the project. Any links to MNT tickets in older release notes will also no longer work once these changes take place.

For any questions regarding the status of your MNT ticket, please contact Hyland Technical Support via your support case.

Advanced notice: Cisco to Genesys phone system changeover

On Tuesday, March 26, Hyland is transitioning from our existing Cisco phone system to a more advanced Genesys telephone solution to create a streamlined experience for customers and partners.

Technical support contact phone numbers will change from multiple phone numbers per product to one new number per country inclusive of all product lines. New numbers will be posted and available on the Hyland Community Technical Support wiki page upon launch Tuesday, March 26.

Existing numbers will route to the new numbers for a period and then phase out; however, customers are encouraged to update previously saved contact information to reflect new technical support numbers upon launch.

Additional communications will be sent that include a link to the Hyland Community Technical Support wiki page to bookmark for reference.
