Hooking into process parsing

Hi ,
          I have a requirement of modifying the process definition at the deployment time or at the parsing time. i.e, I need to add few expression fields to Service Task java delegate and Task Listeners of the User Task.
Going through the user guide I found that the process definition can be modified at the time of parsing using the process parsing hook, but am not able to find the jars which contains the parsers (ServiceTaskParseHandler , BpmnParseHandler…).

I have 2 queries regarding the same:
1>     Where to get the jar which has all the bpmn parsers.

2>     Samples/Examples which could help to accomplish the same.

They are just part of the activiti-engine jar
