Hold - Tagging - Legal ??

I have been searching for some of this information without luck and thinking about a few other items. I was hoping someone could shed some insight… ( Alf Community 3.2r2 with the matching RM setup.exe windows os )

Q) I see the option to Freeze a record …  What or how can you associate a workflow to the held item? How do you place tags on these held items from the reviewers? How do you assign to legal reviewers? How do you export for case review in court delivery?

The current implementation does not offer any of those feature out of the box. This would require customization of the system to create the necessary workflows and functionality which you desire.
