That is. I had some troubles with setting up 64-bit virtual machine. Does anybody tried to install alfresco-community-installer-201609-EA-linux-x64.bin on 32-bit linux?
Thanks.

It will not work because core components of the platform in that bundle are delivered as 64-bit executables that will not work on a 32-bit system.
32-bit systems come with some serious limitations for server-side software such as Alfresco. Specifically you can barely allocate enough memory for the Alfresco Java process to handle a demo / very small user base.
Technically you can set up Alfresco on a 32-bit system using manual install and in the past Alfresco also provided an installer for it. But 32-bit is obsolete nowadays and the effort it takes to provide a 32-bit installer no longer matches the very little interest there is for it.

Hi:
I remember that in Alfresco 4.x versions, they exist installers for Windows 32 bits (but they did not exist in 32 bit mode for Linux). In fact, one of the points of the EVT test for the validation of the Alfresco installation is a complete 64 bit architecture.
Regards.
