Full Repository Access from Alfresco Share – The most frequently requested product enhancement is now available. The Document Library in Alfresco Share now allows users to quickly move from working within a project site to full access to the general document management repository.

I saw this in the marketing email for "features in Alfresco Enterprise 3.2r"
I can't figure out where how to enable this ?
Any help or pointers is appreciated.
