From 4.2c to 4.2d

Hello,
i'm just running 4.2c in a Centos / Postgre  Environment.

I have installed from scratch the 4.2c bundle and i have  enabled the CIFS protocol to the secondary IP of the server interface.
I want to upgrade to 4.2d nightly to solve the READ ONLY office file issue, do you know any step by step guide to upgrade the bundle edition?
