Forgot Admin password for Alfresco Share Community Edition

I have installed community Edition from Alfresco.

Is there a provision to retrieve my admin password. (OR) Complete installation should be re-done ?

Can anyone let know about this please.

what is meant by "Restart  repository"

I already have a user with admin privileges for a particular site. will that help ?
