Folder Tree and Folder List are not the same

Hello,

In the document library on my share site the library tree control has the root Documents folder that contains 9 additional folders. when I highlight the documents folder only the first three folder are listed in the content page.

In addition when I navigate to various folders content that I can see if I access using /alfresco interface all the folders and content are there.
It's as if everything related to "Share" interface is corrupt and needs to be rebuilt. Is that possible?  Is there something else that I can check?

Smells like a corrupt lucene index to me, assuming you are logged in as the same user in both Alfresco and Share.
