Folder Deletion : Checkout Issue

Hello

We found very interesting bug during the development of the Alfresco Custom Solution.

We have
Alfreco 4.0.2 Enterprise Version (using lucene)
Mysql
Windows 7

I attach the text file.

Steps for replication :
1. Create any Space like "123"
2. add the attache file in the above (123) folder .
3. checkout the file which are inside of the folder(123).
3. delete the folder "123". Alfresco successfully delete the folder.



Please guide how to resolve this issue
