Files missing through CIFS

I am having an issue where certain files appear to be missing when I am navigating the CIFS interface.  There are 3 of these such files in a directory of 299.  One is an XLS and the other two are PDFs.  These files show up perfectly in Alfresco Explorer and WebDAV, but seem to be missing in CIFS.  Additionally, when i try to drop the files back in to CIFS, it asks me if i want to overwrite the files that are already there.  Does anybody have an idea as to why this would happen?  The versions for my installation is listed below.

Server
Alfresco 3.3 Community Edition
Windows Server 2008R2 64bit
MySQL 5.1.46 64bit

Client
Windows XP Professional 32-bit

Edit: I just tried this on a Linux box (CentOS 5.4) and it seems to be fine though it.  Why would this only occur through Windows?  Also, I do have windows set to show hidden and system files.

Also, I've looked at my Tomcat logs and there isn't anything in there for when I browse the space.

UPDATE:  Well I found the problem so to speak but I do not have a solution, for the community version at least.

So using Wireshark I did some more research and found that what is happening is that when Alfresco is sending a list of file names through CIFS to a client, it sends them in blocks according to the size that the client requested.  Well, for each block, what happens is that when it starts again where it left off, it actually skips a file in between, thus my missing files.  The reason I saw this in Windows XP and not Linux was that the block size for CentOS is set much higher than it is in XP, so there were breaks in the list pulled up by Windows XP, thus missing files, but no such breaks in the lists pulled up by CentOS therefore none.

I looked at JIRA and found a Bug submitted for the Enterprise product; it is located here http://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ALF-2730.  I submitted another bug report citing my environment and the two Community versions that I tested.  It can be found here http://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ALF-2836.
