How do you generate the OpenAPI description YAML files for Alfresco Explorer here ?

Let me explain the use case, I have built some custom rest api's according to Alfresco's logic (EntityResource , EntityRelationShip, ecc.) to go alongside the default ones and now I need to somehow generate the REST services description files.
How is the YAML file describing the Alfresco REST services created ? Is any specific tool like https://openapi-generator.tech/ used ? Can you explain how the alfresco team generate the YAML files with each release of this project ?
