File Upload problem.

I hosted alfresco in a machine and the users started to use it.
But the main functionality upload is not working in all times.
Even the files with KB size also not getting uploaded most of the times. Some times its showing Failure message with orange label.
Why this issue is occuring?

Check the Alfresco log for error messages. Without those we probably can't help much.

Might this be file size related? Is it larger files that are failing?

If so beware Apache upload limits. If you are accessing your Alfresco instance via Apache then you will have a pretty low upload limit as a default which you will need to increase.
