File multiple files as a single record

Hi All,

Can we declare multiple files as a single record in Alfresco RM ?

For example if we have

multi media files with videos and annotation

Any other compound document having many files as components for example patient record with some support docs like images and other documents.

Hi,

You can't declare multiple content elements to be a single record.

You could use a record folder to contain all these elements, however.  A records folder can be managed as a record containing other records and disposed of as one entity.

You could custom relationships to describe the links between the various bits of content with in the record folder.
