Extending web client

Does anybody know a mean to access the create content wizard directly (whithout selecting it in the menu). Is it possible to do it by url adressability (with a ticket).

It is not at present. But for 2.1 we have added additional REST urls for several screens, including the Create Web Content Wizard (XForms). With the newer framework in 2.1 it will be possible to add your own URL commands that launch dialogs.
