Export search results to Excel

I need the ability to export search results to Excel format, at least CSV.
Does anybody have such experience?

I do not think there is any such functionality OOTB you need to create one on your own.

Yes. There are no OOTB found in Alfresco 4.0 as well for search results export. Can any one guide me to work on the search results export?

I have tried customizing existing search component but it is not working.
