Export/Import Multilingual bug and community 4.0.d?

I'm experiencing an issue with community 4.0.d where if I export a multilingual document, the mlDocument aspect is lost upon import.

I've found this bug report: https://issues.alfresco.com/jira/browse/ALF-672 where it appears to have been resolved last October on enterprise 4.0.b.

What would this mean for community 4.0.d?

It's still present.   ACP needs to be replaced.
