Explorer: Reassign user does not display list of users

Trying to evaluate Activiti explorer for my company.
Followed the instructions for the "One minute version" demo.
Logged in as kermit and created a task.
When I attempt to reassign it, the selection window pops up, but as I type in a users name (ex. fozzie), nothing happens - no users are displayed.  I've tried this with the existing users, as well as a newly created user.

I've seen a couple of postings about this problem, but no resolution has been specified.  (ex. http://forums.activiti.org/content/reasign-user-does-not-display-list-users)

Help?

Oh for gosh sakes.  I didn't read enough of the comments by other users.

"You must type the first 2 letters of users' surname or last name. Or typing %% gets every one. Case sensitive."

You think it would make sense to put some kind of help/hint on the page given the number times this has been reported???

Solved.

As you probably know, Explorer is a demo application which demonstrate what could be done using Activiti.
But yes, would be nice to have improvements to that app too. (we're open for contributions so if such a PR will come we'll never say "no")
