Exception at ten minute tutorial

Hello,
Because of several problems I just tried to do the 10 minute tutorial by code as given in the user guide but there occured an exception and I'm not able to solve the problem… The code was taken 1:1 from the user guide (http://activiti.org/userguide/index.html#bpmnFirstExampleCode)
Can somebody help me?

You should have all engine-dependencies on your classpath, spring seems to be missing. Are you using maven in your project?

Thanks for the quick answer. No, I do not use Maven in my project. I downloaded the spring framework and included all jar files of the spring distribution. Now, the exception which occured before is gone but another one has occured… Which thing I do not have installed now?
