Hi HariKumar,

Bulk Import is possible in alfreco share  . You can make use of that to import it.
You can also configure  CIFS and paste folder there  , in this case subfolders and files all will be imported also.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
Please clarify these -
Is there any limitation on the storage space in alfresco?
What is the maximum space we can dedicate to reposiroty ?

Thanks,
Hari

Hi HariKumar,

As such there  is no limitation to storage space in alfresco. But it depends on two  things:
1. The operating system you are using , which must be having some limit
2.  If you have assigned quota to a user using which you are uploading ,  in this case the  file size should not exceed the quota.

Thanks,

Hi Hari,

You can do the Bulk Import through Alfresco Explorer also provided that the content is in .acp/.zip format. On the Alfresco Explorer under any space click More Options > Import.

I would suggest you go for CIFS options as suggested by amita.

Thanks,
