Error when checkout

Hello,

When I do a checkout on one of my doc file I got this error

"Unable to check out Content Node due to system error:Could not execute JDBC batch update; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: Could not execute JDBC batch update"

Can some one please tell me how to fix it ? I am using Alfresco community 2.9B and Oracle 11g DB.  It has been working fine until today.

I am also seeing this error now after making a change to the core content model.
Is there an easy solution for it?  Using version 3.1.
