Can you make sure you have copied the file:

mysql-connector-java-3.1.10-bin.jar

to your tomcat common lib folder?

tomcat\common\lib

and restart tomcat.

These errors are not fatal. The server has started ok, the README file included with the package informs you how to setup optional 3rd party components to remove those startup errors.

I connected myself with admin/admin but Erreur système :

Some other users have had similar problems with a vanilla tomcat install, but restarting Tomcat fixed it for some, see: http://www.alfresco.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=2434
