Error after star

when i stared my tomcat 5.5.15 ,there is something wrong at tomcat star:

What is the error mean?

That is just a test for wether ImageMagick is installed. I don't think it breaks anything else than the image conversion possibilities in Alfresco.

Correct - see the README file, it's not an error really, just informing you that the imagemagick executable used to perform image transformations is not available.
