I'm just curious if anyone who has paid for Enterprise support in the past or has it currently has any thoughts on the support system as a whole. Was Alfresco responsive and knowledgeable? Do they respond in a timely manner? I have not had the greatest experience with the support trial I had with them and their pre-sales engineers don't seem too responsive either.
Curious if this is a reflection of the company behind the scenes or not. Any thoughts?
