Email Configuration

I want to config the Email in Alfresco share, I found there are two property files are related to Email configuration:

(1) alfresco/tomcat/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/classes/alfresco/subsystems/email/OutboundSMTP
(2) alfresco/tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco-global.properties


Which one shall be modified?

Alfresco config 101…  

Never touch anything in web-inf.   Put your settings into alfresco-global.properties.
