I hope someone could help with this.
I have already set a rule so that the details of a content in my space appear using dublin core. I was wondering if there is a way to edit all the metadata the dublin-core provides while I create or add a new content (in the wizard)and not afterwards.

Not currently.

We are working on a separation of the content creation and property capture though in 1.3.

What this means is that you will create/upload content first, the node will be created in the repository allowing all rules to execute. The property editing page will then be shown, if one of your rules adds the dublin core aspect the properties will be there ready for editing.
