Dynamic Website from svn

Has anyone got dynamic website to work from svn?

This wiki page - http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/Alfresco_Dynamic_Website_Installation - mentions installing an amp
for it, but there is no configuration for adw.amp in svn as far as I can see.

The dynamic website project builds a war file which runs as an app under tomcat, but there appears to be something
missing to get it to work under WCM.

Am I missing something?
