Hi,
Current alfresco cloud version (http://my.alfresco.com/) doesn't support downloading multiple files/ folders as a compressed one.

This feature is added into current alfresco version 4.2 Community edition.

If you're using previous version of alfresco, then you can use the below add-on.

Hi,

We currently installed the community edition within our organisation. Now we would like to download our documents from the alfresco cloud free version to the community edition. What would be the best course of action?

Thanks,

Rebecca

I would like to know this too.

In my opinion, this is one of the best assurances about using Alfresco Cloud over competing systems - if the Cloud is shut down, it's possible to have a local install working exactly like the Cloud version, assuming you were able to download all the files from the Cloud.

Hi

I wish to know this too, although this thread looks abandoned.

Would this be saying that if we used my.alfresco.com, that there is no avenue for downloading the content short of clicking on each document at a time?

The only alternative would to be upgrade to a paid enterprise license to get access via FTP or Webdav or cloud sync or some such other method to download the documents in bulk?

Can someone shed some light on this?

Thanks

Mark

Enterprise users would use cloud sync.
