Does Alfresco WCM supports site provisioning feature?

Hi,
Does alfresco WCM supports site provisioning feature? like template based custom site building on top of alfresco.. I have couple of templates for building several websites like one for education domain another for medical domain, and another for some xxxx. So my plan is to develop a product kind of application on top of alfresco where user can build his own website by choosing any of the above templates.

So can anyone suggest me is it possible with alfresco WCM or with any of other alfresco flavors?

any help is more appreciated.

Yes there is a create from template feature.
You may also be able to use layers rather than templates.  
Or your "template" may just be a set of assets to import.
