does 4.2.c has compress-and-download-share-action-zip native

I was looking into the addons "http://addons.alfresco.com/addons/compress-and-download-share-action-zip" .
Then I had read the blog  "http://blogs.alfresco.com/wp/kevinr/2012/09/20/alfresco-community-4-2/"
I would like to know wheter 4.2.c has compress and download option natively or whether we need to apply the addons
