Document Library Preview Images

In Alfresco share (3.3g installed, previous versions have the same problem) When we place files into the the system, they do not always generate thumbnails (returns the two cog icon instead), and or when viewing the file you get an error stating ''can not load preview from server''

Is there a way to force the update of thumbnails, and server side previews.

The Thumbnail problem has been known to occur on image files.

Hi, PhilipMcGaw

set the correct path for image magic and OOO in alfresco-global.properties., then you will get the preview of the every document. and also update the flash player version in your browser.
by the way for thumbnails  even i am having same problem in 3.2 and 3.3.
