Disable 'Details' and 'Actions'

Is there a way to disable "Details" and "Actions", because some content is for customers. They could view the content but they shouldn't do anything.

Just assign them the Consumer role for that space or document. That should remove most of the displayed actions.
Some will still be displayed, like 'Copy' but if they do not have write permission to any space they will not be able to actually save it anywhere.
