Deleting tags in Alfresco Explorer

Hi

I am new to Alfresco. I am using Alfresco Community 3.2 Dev Current version 3.2.0.

I have created tags for documents by activating the taggable option through Run Action. Now i need to remove the tags now but am unable to find any option deleting the tag.

Please help!

   is taggable is an aspect?
   if it is so and u had applied that aspect then that can be removed in the same way as u applied by going through Run Action. there it will have remove aspect….
   if u want to remove from the aspect it self then i  have to look for that…

I assume you are talking about removing Tags field from Alfresco Explorer for the existing content, which is already applied with "Taggable" aspects.

1) First of all, remove that rule, so that it does not apply for future contents.
2) Using the same "Create Rule wizard", you can remove the Taggable Aspect by setting "Update" rule. (i.e.,) create rules for all the documents which are updated and update every document you have applied the taggable aspect.
