Hi Team,
We are using alfresco 7.3 enterprise on GCP platform.
instead using s3, team developed similar to s3 connector, we do have GCP storage connector.
our system is integrated with SAP content connector and other users using it as direct API calls.
so one of scenario who are not using SAP and directly calling via API facing sometime below issues:
Even this issue is not frequent, it is random ,
It is reported that about every second attempt of uploading a new document fails.
Customer compensates this by repeating the attempts until they are successful.
By looking at error
- it is zero byte so no content received, but how do we debug such to fix? it is random issue
- customer trying it multiple times and then at some attempt it works.
- This issue not reappear for other API call users, only for one of system.
How can we fix this?
